What information we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, business name, city or service area, and anything you write in a message, form, or booking.
Information from advertising platforms: when you fill out a lead form on a Facebook or Instagram ad that we run, Meta passes your answers to us or to the business the ad belongs to.
Information from calls and messages: notes about our conversations, so we can follow up.
Basic technical information when you visit our website, such as browser type and pages viewed, if we use website analytics.
How we use it
To reply to you and to book calls or meetings.
To make and run ads for you or for our clients.
To send you the free sample ad you asked for.
To improve our service and keep records.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to run the business, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (email, calendar and Meet), and tools we use to store notes or send messages. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
A client business, when you submit a lead form on that client's ad. In that case, the client receives your information so they can contact you about the service you requested.
When the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and keep records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@presencelabsai.com with your request, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you ask us to stop calling or messaging you, we will.
Advertising and AI
Some of our videos use AI-generated presenters and voices. We say so in our ads and when asked.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
